KG2UNI TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

• the KG2UNI website available at kg2uni.com and its related webpages;

• the KG2UNI mobile application;

• courses, educational resources, question papers, mark schemes, study materials, downloads, tools and other services made available through KG2UNI.

The website, mobile application and related services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The Services are operated by KG2UNI, trading as “KG2UNI” (“KG2UNI,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing, installing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and younger users

The Services provide educational resources for learners at different academic levels, including school, college and university students.

If you are below the age at which you may legally agree to these Terms in your country, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of your parent or legal guardian.

A parent or guardian who permits a child to use the Services is responsible for supervising the child’s use and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Children must not provide personal information, create an account, make a purchase or communicate through the Services without parental or guardian permission where such permission is required by applicable law.

KG2UNI may restrict account registration, purchases, comments, communications or other features for younger users.

2. Educational purpose

KG2UNI provides educational and informational materials intended to support learning, revision, examination preparation and academic development.

The Services are not a substitute for:

• instruction from a qualified teacher or educational institution;

• official examination-board guidance;

• official course specifications or syllabuses;

• professional academic, legal, financial or career advice.

We do not guarantee that using the Services will result in any particular examination grade, admission decision, qualification, employment opportunity or other outcome.

Users should verify important information with the relevant school, university, examination board, publisher or official authority.

3. Accounts

Some features may require you to register an account.

You agree to:

1. provide information that is accurate and current;

2. keep your login details confidential;

3. avoid sharing your account with unauthorised persons;

4. notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission; and

5. accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information or use another person’s account without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks or are used for unlawful or abusive activity.

4. Permitted use

KG2UNI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and use the Services for lawful educational and personal purposes.

Unless we expressly authorise otherwise in writing, you may not:

• sell, sublicense, republish or commercially distribute KG2UNI content;

• copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Services;

• use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scrapers to collect content or data;

• perform bulk or systematic downloading;

• remove copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks or attribution;

• bypass payment systems, advertisements, access restrictions or security controls;

• interfere with the operation or security of the Services;

• introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful software;

• attempt to access accounts, servers or systems without authorisation;

• reverse engineer, decompile or modify the mobile application, except where the law expressly permits it;

• use the Services to commit fraud, copyright infringement or another unlawful act;

• share paid, restricted or account-only materials with unauthorised users; or

• use KG2UNI content to create a competing database, website, application or service.

Permission to download or view a resource does not transfer ownership of that resource or grant permission for commercial redistribution.

5. Intellectual property belonging to KG2UNI

The KG2UNI name, logo, website design, application design, original text, graphics, databases, software, features, course materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to KG2UNI and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

You may not use KG2UNI branding in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, partnership, approval or affiliation.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of KG2UNI intellectual property to you.

6. Third-party educational materials

The Services may provide access to past papers, mark schemes, syllabuses, book references, external documents or other educational materials created by examination boards, universities, publishers, teachers or other third parties.

Ownership of third-party materials remains with the relevant copyright owners. Such materials may be displayed, embedded, linked or made available only for legitimate educational, informational or other permitted purposes.

References to an examination board, university, publisher, organisation, product or trademark are for identification and educational purposes. Unless expressly stated, KG2UNI is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those organisations.

You are responsible for complying with any restrictions that apply to third-party materials.

7. Copyright concerns

We respect intellectual-property rights.

A copyright owner or authorised representative who believes that material available through KG2UNI infringes their rights may contact us at [copyright/support email address].

The notice should include:

• identification of the copyrighted work;

• identification and location of the material in question;

• the complainant’s name and contact information;

• an explanation of why the use is believed to be unauthorised;

• confirmation that the information supplied is accurate; and

• evidence that the complainant owns the relevant rights or is authorised to act for the owner.

We may remove, restrict or disable access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint. Submitting a false or misleading copyright complaint may result in legal responsibility.

8. User submissions

The Services may allow users to submit comments, reviews, questions, messages, files or other content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant KG2UNI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and promote the Services.

You must not submit content that:

• infringes copyright, privacy or other rights;

• contains unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful or obscene material;

• contains malware, spam or deceptive links;

• reveals another person’s personal information without permission;

• promotes cheating, impersonation or academic misconduct; or

• is misleading, fraudulent or unrelated to the relevant educational discussion.

We may moderate, reject or remove user submissions, but we are not required to monitor every submission.

9. Academic integrity

KG2UNI resources are provided to assist learning and revision.

You must not use the Services to:

• cheat in an examination or assessment;

• submit another person’s work as your own;

• obtain or distribute confidential examination content;

• impersonate another student;

• interfere with an educational institution’s assessment systems; or

• violate the academic-integrity rules of your school, university or examination body.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of KG2UNI complies with the rules of your educational institution.

10. Paid courses and digital content

Certain courses, downloads, subscriptions or other features may require payment.

Where paid services are offered:

• the applicable price and currency will be displayed before purchase;

• you are responsible for providing accurate billing information;

• access may begin after successful payment verification;

• access periods, course duration and included materials will be described on the relevant purchase page;

• prices and available packages may change for future purchases; and

• purchases made through an app store may also be governed by that store’s payment and refund rules.

Refund eligibility will be determined by the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase and by any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, purchasing digital content gives you personal access only. It does not permit redistribution, resale, account sharing, public screening or commercial reproduction.

11. Advertisements and rewarded access

KG2UNI may display advertisements or offer access to certain resources after a user watches a rewarded advertisement or completes another disclosed action.

Advertisements may be supplied by third-party advertising providers. KG2UNI does not necessarily endorse the advertised product, service or advertiser.

Users should independently assess advertisements before purchasing or relying on advertised products or services.

Where the Services are used by children, advertising and rewarded-access features may be restricted, disabled or modified to comply with applicable requirements.

12. Notifications

The mobile application may send notifications concerning new content, courses, updates, account activity or other KG2UNI information.

You may normally disable notifications through your device settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent you from using other available parts of the Services.

We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, received on time or remain available.

13. Third-party websites and services

The Services may contain links to websites, applications, payment processors, video platforms, advertising providers or other services operated by third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. KG2UNI does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, accuracy or conduct.

Accessing a third-party service is at your discretion and risk.

14. Mobile application and app stores

Your use of the KG2UNI mobile application may also be subject to the terms of the app store or platform from which you downloaded it.

The app store is not responsible for KG2UNI’s content, support, maintenance or operation, except to the extent required under its own rules or applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, internet connection and any necessary data plan.

Application updates may be required for continued access to certain features.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the KG2UNI Privacy Policy, available at:

The Privacy Policy forms part of your relationship with KG2UNI but does not replace these Terms.

Parents and guardians should review the Privacy Policy before allowing a child to create an account or provide personal information.

16. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The Services may be interrupted because of:

• maintenance or technical problems;

• internet or hosting failures;

• security incidents;

• updates to the website or mobile application;

• removal of third-party content;

• legal or regulatory requirements; or

• events outside our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or content. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice of significant changes affecting paid services.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you:

• violated these Terms;

• misused KG2UNI or third-party content;

• created a security or legal risk;

• engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour;

• failed to pay an amount properly due; or

• used the Services in a way that could harm KG2UNI, its users or another person.

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting [support email address] or by using any account-deletion feature provided through the Services.

Termination does not automatically entitle a user to a refund, except where required by applicable law or the applicable refund terms.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• all educational materials will be complete, current or error-free;

• every file will remain permanently available;

• all links or third-party resources will continue to work;

• the Services will be uninterrupted or free from technical problems;

• every device will be compatible with every feature; or

• use of the Services will produce a particular academic result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KG2UNI and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, profits, opportunities, academic progress or business arising from:

• reliance on educational content;

• unavailable or removed materials;

• third-party websites or services;

• unauthorised account access;

• device, software or network problems; or

• user violation of these Terms.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, KG2UNI’s liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or another liability that cannot legally be limited.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse KG2UNI for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities and expenses arising directly from:

• your unlawful use of the Services;

• your material violation of these Terms;

• content you submit;

• your infringement of another person’s rights; or

• misuse of your account resulting from your intentional or negligent conduct.

This section does not apply where the loss was caused by KG2UNI’s own unlawful conduct.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and KG2UNI agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party and describing the issue.

Unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in [City, Province, Pakistan].

Users may also have mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, legal requirements or security measures.

The updated Terms will be posted through the website or application with a revised “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.

23. General provisions

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by KG2UNI to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. KG2UNI may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a restructuring, sale, merger or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable refund terms and any additional terms displayed for a particular service, constitute the agreement between you and KG2UNI concerning use of the Services.
